58. Apologies for absence

(Agenda item 1)

Apologies for absence were received from Reshard Auladin, Faith Boardman, Cindy Butts. Len Duvall, Kit Malthouse and Richard Tracey

The Director of Resources apologised for the fact that it had been necessary to despatch such large reports on the day before the meeting, but this reflected the complexity and urgency of the matter.

59. Declarations of interests

There were none.

60. Exclusion of press and public

(Agenda item 3)

Resolved - That under section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involved disclosure of exempt information as detailed in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the above Act.

Summary of decisions made on exempt items

Minute 61 agenda item 4 – opportunity to acquire a property within the Central London estate
Recommendations relating to the possible acquisition of a property were supported.
