Summary

Following the resignation of John Biggs as a member of the Audit Panel, the Authority is invited to appoint a replacement. 

A. Recommendations

  1. That an appointment be made to the Audit Panel to replace John Biggs.

B. Supporting information

1. John Biggs has submitted his resignation as a member of the Audit Panel. The other members of the Panel are: Sir John Quinton (Chair), Eric Ollerenshaw (Deputy Chair), Elizabeth Howlett and R. David Muir (with Toby Harris, Richard Barnes and Peter Herbert ex officio).

2. The next meeting of the Panel is on 13 December at 2.30pm
