1. Standing Order 11 provides for the Clerk to take decisions under delegated authority and in consultation with the Chair of the Authority where a decision is required urgently. Decisions taken in this way have to be reported to the next meeting of the Authority for information.

2. The following action has been taken since the last meeting of the Authority:

  • clarifying the allowances payable in respect of Police Appeals Tribunals and Independent Member Selection Panels (ref 04/03)
