Items to be considered while the press and public are present

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. To receive any declarations of interests from members of the Authority
  3. Minutes: Olympics / Paralympics Sub-committee – 6 October 2011 (Part 1)
  4. Safety and security partners roundtable discussion
    The Sub-committee has invited partner organisations to attend in order to probe the relationships between the various agencies in delivering against the Olympic and Paralympic Safety and Security Strategy, to address any potential challenges to delivery, and to further grasp the totality of security arrangements for the Games.
  5. Exclusion of Press and Public
    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining items of business because exempt information as defined in Schedule 12a to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended is likely to be made known.

Please note that members of the press and public must leave the meeting at this point.
