76. Exclusion of press and public

A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the remaining agenda item as it would be likely to disclose exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the remaining agenda items.

77. Allegation of misconduct by ACPO officer, report of investigating officer

The Sub Committee were invited to formally confirm its previous decision that no further action was necessary in relation to allegations of misconduct in relation to this officer.
78. Police Pensions Regulations 1987 - extent of forfeiture
(Agenda item 5)
The Sub Committee were asked to determine whether a former police officer’s pension should be forfeit in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily, or at all.
