111. Apologies for absence
(Agenda item 1)
Apologies for absence were received from Cindy Butts. Richard Tracey apologised for leaving the meeting early. James Cleverly apologised for arriving late.
Jane Harwood, Assistant Chief Executive, reported that a meeting of the Sub Committee had been called by the Chairman to consider progress reports in relation to investigations into alleged misconduct by two officers of ACPO rank.
The reports contained exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
The Chair welcomed the members of the Sub Committee and thanked them for agreeing to meet at short notice.

No declarations of interest were declared
113. Exclusion of press and public
(Agenda item 3)
A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the remaining agenda item as it would be likely to disclose exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the remaining agenda items.
