1. Appointment of Chair for the meeting

In the absence of the Vice Chair James Cleverly, Valerie Brasse was appointed to chair the meeting.

2. Apologies for absence

2.1 No apologies for absence were received. Reshard Auladin (Chair) was unable to be present during the discussion of agenda item 5 due to a potential conflict of interest.

3. Declarations of interests

3.1 None were received.

4. Exclusion of press and public

(Agenda item 4)

4.1. A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the remaining agenda item as it would be likely to disclose exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the remaining agenda items.
