3.1 It was noted that the minutes of the Sub-committee meetings (part 1 and 2) held on 19 November, 7 December 2009, 4 & 28 January 2010 were not available and would be presented to the next meeting of the Sub-committee
3.2 The minutes of the Sub-committee held on 12 & 28 October were agreed as a correct record.
Resolved – to approve the minutes of the Sub-committee held on 12, 18 October as a correct record.
4. Exclusion of press and public
(Agenda item 4)
4.1. A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the remaining agenda item as it would be likely to disclose exempt information as described in Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the remaining agenda items.
5. Summary of exempt items
(a) Police Reform Act 2002 Update on Complaint/Conduct Matters concerning an ACPO officer.
No report was submitted
(b) Police Pensions Regulations 1987 – Application for Forfeiture.
The Sub Committee agreed that a percentage of a former
officer’s pension should be forfeited.
(c) Police Reform Act 2002 – Allegations against an ACPO Rank Officer.
The Sub Committee considered an allegation against an ACPO rank officer.
(d) Police Reform Act 2002 – Allegations against an ACPO Rank Officer.
The Sub Committee considered an allegation against an ACPO rank officer.
