Summary
To update the Professional Standards Sub-committee of the work in progress in respect of closed complaints and conduct files.
A. Recommendations

- members note the contents of the report.
B. Supporting information
1. A random sample of 10 files has been selected for an initial review and members of the PSCSC have started work on these files. To assist them in this task a checklist was developed which was presented to the PSCSC at its meeting on 18 October. That checklist has now been amended, a copy of which is attached at Appendix 1.
2. It is anticipated that the findings of this review will be presented to the PSCSC at a future meeting.
