To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the Annex 2 of agenda item 5 remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
Members were reminded that if they had a financial interest in any matter that was discussed at the meeting they should have declared the interest and not taken part in any discussion or voted on it.
