Summary

The Committee is invited to set a timetable for future meetings of the Committee.

A. Supporting information

1. Members have agreed that the Committee will meet monthly.

2. It would be extremely useful if the Committee could agree to a programme of dates for the foreseeable future.

3. The Committee may like to note the standard slots agreed so far:

• Full Authority - 2nd Thursday of each month
• Human Resources - 3rd Thursday of each month at 2pm
• Chair’s Co-ordination and Urgency - 4th Thursday of each month (either early am or late pm)
• Finance, Planning and Best Value - 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2pm

B. Recommendation

That the Committee determine its preferred meeting frequency and a timetable of dates and times.

C. Financial implications

There are no direct financial implications arising from this report.

D. Review arrangements

It is already agreed that there be a detailed review of all Committees in December 2000.
