Summary

This report sets out the calendar of committee meetings up to June 2002 and invites the committee to consider any particular arrangements it wish to make.

A. Recommendation

The Committee is invited to note the dates of its meetings to June 2002 and to consider any particular arrangements it wishes to make.

B. Supporting information

The full Authority meeting on 8 March is being invited to agree the calendar of meetings see Appendix 1. Any changes made by the Authority will be reported to this meeting of the committee.

The current start times for committees meetings are shown in the appendix. Some Members have commented that they would like to see some evening meetings to balance the fact that all full Authority meetings are now held in the morning. The Committee is invited to decide whether to change any of its start times. There may also be other arrangements that the Committee would like made concerning its meetings.
