Summary
This report asks members to confirm the dates and times of the Committee’s meeting in May and June 2006.
A. Recommendations
That members confirm the dates of the Committee’s meetings in May and June 2006.
B. Supporting information
1. At the full Authority meeting on 23 February 2006, member approved the calendar of committee meetings for 2006/07. However, in relation to the Co-ordination and Policing meetings in May and June 2006 further consideration is required.
2. At present these meeting have been scheduled for:
- Thursday 11 May 2006 at 2.00 p.m.
- Thursday 1 June 2006 at 2.00 p.m.
3. Some members have indicated that these dates are not convenient and would prefer for these two meetings to revert to a Friday slot i.e.
- Either Friday 5 May (day after local elections) or Friday 12 May 2006 at 11.00 p.m.
- Friday 2 June 2006 at 11.00 p.m.
