Summary

This report seeks the views of the Board to change the date of its meeting in January 2007.

A. Recommendations

That members consider a request that the date of the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Board in January 2007 be amended from 11 January to 18 January at 10.00 a.m.

B. Supporting information

1. Under the published schedule, the January meeting of the Board is due to take place on 11 January. However, this means that the reports would have to be produced and finalised over the holiday period.

2. To smooth the process it is suggested that the meeting be held on the following Thursday, 18 January at 10.00 a.m.

3. Accordingly, the Board is asked to agree to change the date of the meeting from 11 January to 18 January.
