That the Estates Sub Committee meet at 1.30 p.m. on the following dates in 2002:

  • Thursday 31st January
  • Thursday 4th April

B. Supporting information

1. At its last meeting the Estates Sub Committee agreed that it would meet at 9.00 a.m. on the following dates in 2002: 22 January, 19 March and 21 May 2002. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) has now realised that these dates clash with the meeting of its Resource Allocation Committee.

It is proposed that the Estates Sub Committee meet in 2002 at 1.30 p.m. on Thursday 31st January, Thursday 4th April and Thursday 30th May.

3. The Finance, Planning and Best Value Committee will meet in 2002 on Thursday 17 January, Thursday 21 February, Thursday 18 April and Thursday 6 June.
