Summary
The Committee is asked to appoint the membership of its informal sub-groups for the coming year.
A. Recommendation
That the Committee appoints the membership of its informal sub-groups for the coming year.
B. Supporting information
1. The Committee has appointed four informal sub-groups to address particular issues within its terms of reference. In some cases these are joint MPA/MPS meetings.
2. These sub-groups and their current membership are:
- Best Value Programme Board (jointly with the MPS)
Jennette Arnold, Reshard Auladin, Cecile Lothian, Richard Sumray, Cindy Butts, Richard Barnes (ex-officio) - Estates Issues
Nicholas Long, Cecile Lothian, Rachel Whittaker, Richard Barnes (ex-officio) - Information Technology
Reshard Auladin, Nicholas Long, Richard Sumray, Rachel Whittaker or John Biggs - Planning Issues

3. The Committee is asked to appoint the membership of these groups for the coming year.
