Summary

This report proposes dates for future workshops on human resources issues.

A. Recommendation

Members are asked to indicate whether the dates contained in this report should be earmarked for workshop sessions on human resources issues.

B. Supporting information

1. The Chair has suggested that it would be sensible, given the number of human resources issues that Members will need to address over the coming year, to plan ahead by agreeing dates for future workshop sessions. Thought can then be given to scheduling topics to these dates.

2. The following are possible dates in the months when the Human Resources Committee is not meeting. Thursdays have been chosen to minimise the risk of clashes with GLA meetings.

  • 26 July 2001 (the full MPA meeting is in the morning)
  • 18 October 2001
  • 20 December 2001 (the full MPA meeting is in the morning)
  • 28 February 2002 (the full MPA meeting is in the morning)
  • 25 April 2002 (the full MPA meeting is in the morning)
  • 20 June 2002

These workshops would be held in the afternoon.
