The Committee is asked to appoint the membership of the Remuneration sub-committee for the coming year.
A. Recommendation
That the Committee appoints the membership of the Remuneration sub-committee for the coming year.
B. Supporting information
1. The Human Resources Committee is the parent committee of the Remuneration Sub-Committee. It is therefore responsible for appointing its membership for the coming year.
2. The current membership is Anthony Arbour, John Biggs, Toby Harris and Rachel Whittaker.
