Summary

This report proposes changes to the MPA calendar of meetings for 2002/03 for the remaining meeting of this Committee, following a request by members.

A. Recommendation

That members agree the proposed change of dates for meetings of this committee for remainder of 2002/03.

B. Supporting information

1. At their meeting on 22 July 2002, members requested that dates of future meetings of the committee be revised in order that the committee could receive performance data earlier in the month and where possible to avoid meetings of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.

2. The Chair, MPS and members of this committee have been consulted and the following changes are proposed:

  • 7 November 2002 2.00 pm: move to 11 November 2002 at 10.00
    (To avoid a LFEPA re-arranged meeting to 7 November)
  • 23 January 2003 2.00 pm: move to 9 January 2003 at 2.00 pm
    (same day/time as EO and Diversity Board – no clash of membership)
  • 20 March 2003 2.00 pm: move to 13 March 2003 at 2.00 pm
    (same day/time as EO and Diversity Board – no clash of membership)
  • 15 May 2003 2.00 pm: move to 8 May 2003 at 2.00 pm
