A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during remaining item as it was likely to disclose exempt information as described in Schedule 12(a) (1) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

RESOLVED – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during agenda item 3

84. Police (conduct) (senior officers) Regulations 1999

(a) The Committee were informed of the process for the appointment of an investigation officer and considered the terms of reference for the investigation into allegations of misconduct made against a senior officer of the Metropolitan Police Service.

(b) The Committee considered a report on a complaint against two senior officers from the Metropolitan Police Service.
