2. Declarations of interests from members of the committee

3. Election of Chair

(Agenda item 3)

Resolved – That Rachel Whittaker should chair the meeting.

4. Exclusion of press and public

(Agenda item 4)

A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during item 4 as it was likely to disclose exempt information as described in Schedule 12(a) (1) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during discussion of agenda item 4

The Committee considered a complaint relating to an ACPO rank officer.
