1. Election of Chair

(Agenda item 1)

Nominations for chair were sought.

Resolved – That Jennette Arnold chair the meeting of the Sub-Committee.

2. Apologies for absence

(Agenda item 2)

Apologies for absence were received from Rachel Whittaker and Cecile Wright. It was noted that Reshard Auladin and Elizabeth Howlett had previously indicated their intention not to be involved in this matter.

3. Declarations of interests from members of the committee

(Agenda item 3)

No declarations of interests were made.

4. Exclusion of press and public

(Agenda item 4)

A resolution was put to exclude the press and public from the meeting during item 6 as it was likely to disclose exempt information as described in paragraph 1 of part 1, Schedule 12(a) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Resolved – That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during discussion of agenda item 5
