Metropolitan Police Authority - elections at annual meeting

Today at the Annual General Meeting of the MPA, Len Duvall was elected to the chair of the Authority. Cindy Butts and Reshard Auladin were elected deputy chairs of the Authority.
Members also elected the chairs and deputy chairs of MPA committees. Appointments of membership to MPA committees and appointments to outside bodies and organisations were also made.
The following appointments were made:
- Chair of the Authority - Len Duvall
- Deputy chairs of the Authority - Cindy Butts and Reshard Auladin
- Chair of Finance Committee - Graham Tope
- Deputy chair of Finance Committee - to be agreed
- Chair of Human Resources Committee - Rachel Whittaker
- Deputy chair of HR Committee - Jennette Arnold
- Chair of the Professional Standards & Complaints C'ttee - Reshard Auladin
- Deputy chair of the Professional Standards & Complaints - Karim Murji
- Chair of Planning Performance & Review Committee - Richard Sumray
- Deputy chair of Planning Performance & Review Committee - Cindy Butts
- Chair of Community Engagement Committee - Abdal Ullah
- Deputy chair of Community Engagement Committee - Aneeta Prem
- Chair of Equal Opportunities & Diversity Board - Kirsten Hearn
- Deputy chair Equal Opportunities & Diversity Board - John Roberts
- Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee - Jennette Arnold
- Chair and deputy chair of Standards Committee will be appointed by Standards Committee.
