MPA committee meeting: Strategic and Operational Policing Committee

A meeting of the Metropolitan Police Authority Strategic and Operational Policing Committee will be held on Thursday 9 December in Meeting Room 1, 10 Dean Farrar Street, London, SW1H 0NY, at 2.00pm.

Amongst other items, members of the committee will discuss:

  • Headline performance report
  • Specialist Crime Directorate quarterly report
  • Performance overview of Operation Compass
  • Operational policing measures
  • Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill (oral report) - the Deputy Chief Executive of the MPA will provide an overview of the proposed legislative changes and their potential impact on the structures of police accountability
