A meeting of the Metropolitan Police Authority Strategic and Operational Policing Committee will be held on Thursday 16 September in Meeting Room 1, 10 Dean Farrar Street, London, SW1H 0NY, at 2.00pm.

Amongst other items, members of the committee will discuss:

update on organisational learning arising from the Peter Woodhams investigation
update on dangerous dogs
MPA response to the Home Office consultation paper on police reform
MPA Safer Neighbourhoods Scrutiny: Terms of Reference
MPS and UK Borders Agency joint working arrangements
Territorial Policing development programme
