   Seeks approval to dispose of the freehold interest in following an open market tender.
9. Disposal of Farrow House Hendon
   Seeks approval to dispose of the freehold interest of this office building following an open market tender.
10. Disposal of a property in Westminster
    Seeks approval to dispose of freehold premises following an open market tender.
11. Proposal to refurbish/refresh Brixton, Kingston, Walworth and Colindale police stations
    Seeks approval to the proposed works at the four buildings to enhance operational capability and the existing custody facilities.
12. Vehicle recovery, examination and storage service acquisition of new facility
    Seeks approval to the acquisition of land and the construction of facilities in order to enhance delivery of service for the Vehicle Recovery and Examination Service
13. Estates update paper
    Provides an update in regard to estate responsibilities covered by Property Services.

Procurement matter

14. Award for the provision of vehicle fuel charge card facilities
    Seeks approval to the award of a contract.
