- To receive any declarations of interest from members of the Sub-Committee.
If a member declares a personal interest, as defined in the MPA’s code of conduct, she or he may remain in the meeting and speak and vote on the issue. If the issue is a prejudicial one, the member must withdraw from the meeting during discussion of that item. - Meeting notes

To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
