Summary
To consider new publicity material promoting the MPA and in particular the work of the Consultation, Diversity and Outreach Committee.
A. Recommendations
- That Members approve the design and content of the leaflets and posters, subject to amendments.
- That Members approve the style and design of the newsletter, subject to amendments.
B. Supporting information
1. The Communications Group is producing an updated MPA information leaflet, a new Link Member information leaflet, a new poster advertising CDO meetings and an external newsletter.
2. The draft text for two new leaflets is attached as Appendix 1. This is attached for consideration of content only, not for style or design. Mockups showing the style and design of the leaflets will be circulated during the meeting.
3. Two options for a new poster advertising CDO meetings will be presented during the meeting. The proposed content of these is attached as Appendix 2. (The pictures are examples.)
4. The proposed style and design of the MPA external newsletter will be presented during the meeting. It is intended that a limited quantity of copies of the newsletter will be printed, and that its main exposure will be on the MPA website.

None in addition to current budget.
