Minutes are publicly reported to the following meeting of the committee concerned for approval. They can also be viewed on the Authority’s website or by contacting the committee officer named at the bottom of this agenda.·

    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
