    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining items of business because exempt information as defined in Schedule 12a to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended is likely to be made known.

    ACC Stephen Thomas QPM is to present to the Sub-committee.
  6. Business Case (update): Testing and Exercise
    This paper sets out current thinking on the delivery elements of Testing and Exercising for Olympic Safety and Security, providing assurance of Games-wide readiness. This is not a formal business case.
  7. Update report: Business Case - Identify and Disrupt (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
    The purpose of this report is to update Members on the planning permissions relating to and civil liberties implications of the deployment of ANPR during the Games.
