December meeting of Committee
Report: 4
Date: 26 October 2000
By: Clerk
Summary
This report seeks to rearrange the date of the December meeting of the Chair’s Co-ordination and Urgency Committee.
A. Supporting information
1. At the inaugural meeting of the Committee on 14 July 2000, members resolved that the Committee meet on the fourth Thursday of each month (excluding August). This would mean that the December 2000 meeting of the Committee would fall on 28 December 2000. It has been suggested that as this date falls during the Christmas holiday period, that this date be changed.
2. In order to avoid clashes with other Committees it is proposed that the rearranged date be: Wednesday 20 December 2000. Members are asked to confirm a start time for this meeting.
3. Alternatively, members may feel that as this proposed change of date is only a week after the full Authority meeting on 14 December 2000 there maybe no need for a meeting of the Committee in December
B. Recommendations
- That, if required, the December meeting of the Committee be held on Wednesday 20 December 2000.
- That Members indicate a start time for this meeting.
C. Financial implications
