Summary
The joint MPA/MPS annual report is due to be published on our websites simultaneously, followed by a printed version. A sub-group of the CUC will be asked to sign off the report prior to the full CUC committee meeting on 5 July 2001.
A. Recommendation
That Members note that the joint MPA/MPS annual report has been signed off by a sub-group of the CUC, prior to its 5 July 2001 meeting.
B. Supporting information
1. The MPA and MPS have collaborated on the production of a joint annual report, looking back over the past year. The report is due to be published simultaneously on both websites in text-only format. A printed colour version will be produced and it is hoped this will be available in time for the full authority meeting on 26 July 2001.
C. Financial implications
The direct costs for design and printing are being borne by the MPS. The MPA has incurred costs associated with staff time and a freelance writer.
