Summary
This report seeks approval to change the start time of the Annual Meeting of Authority on 27 June 2002.
A. Recommendation
That the Annual Meeting of the Authority on 27 June 2002 start at 10.30 a.m.
B. Supporting information
1. A request has been made from the GLA to change the start time of the Annual Meeting of the Authority on 27 June 2002 from 10.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. An urgent GLA Budget Committee meeting has been called for 9.00 a.m. and this could affect the attendance of several MPA members at the Annual meeting.
2. The Chair of the Authority has agreed to this time change in principle and should the Committee agree the recommendation all members will be notified.
