Summary

This report seeks approval for the Deputy Chair to accept an invitation from the MPS and National Criminal Intelligence Service to join a delegation from those organisations on a visit to Albania.

A. Recommendation

That approval be given to Richard Barnes, Deputy Chair of the Authority visiting Albania, as described below.

B. Supporting information

1. Richard Barnes, MPA Deputy Chair, has been invited to participate in a visit to Albania, which is being organised, jointly by the MPS and the National Criminal Intelligence Service. The visit will take place over four days in May

2. The purpose of this visit is to discuss and explore co-operation on a number of issues of mutual concern.
