Summary
A report 'Land and Building Programme: 2001/2002, report on the progress of capital building projects, second quarterly update' was received by the Estates Sub-Committee on 19 November 2001. The report recommended two additions to the programme.
A. Recommendations
That-
the projects requested at paragraphs 36 & 37 of appendix 1 be included in the programme subject to receipt in due course of satisfactory business cases.
B. Supporting information
1. The Estates Sub Committee agreed to recommend to the Finance Planning and Best Value Committee the inclusion of two projects in the Land and Building Programme 2001/2001. The first was the reprovisioning of the front office at Barnes Green (para. 36, Appendix 1) and the second the closure and sale of Finchley Traffic Garage following the removal of its staff to Alperton, (para. 37, Appendix 1). Both projects are subject to receipt, in due course, of satisfactory business cases.
