- The Clerk of the MPA apologises for the delay in the circulation of report 2. As the report has been circulated with less than the clear working days notice the Committee will need to agree to accept the reports as urgent under the provisions of Section 100B 4(b) of the Local Governments Act 1972. The reason for urgency must be made clear at the meeting and specified in the minutes.
- Exclusion of press and publicÂ
To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 9 of Part I Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
Please note that all members of the press and public must leave the meeting at this point.
