Summary
The Committee is asked to appoint the Chair, Deputy Chair and membership of the Remuneration Sub Committee for the year.
A. Recommendation
That the Chair, Deputy Chair and membership of the Remuneration Sub Committee be agreed.
B. Supporting information
1. Following the appointment of the membership of the Human Resources Committee at the Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2003, the committee is asked to appoint members to the Remuneration Sub Committee.
2. The current membership is Rachel Whittaker (Chair), Cecile Wright, Tony Arbour, Richard Barnes and Toby Harris (Chair of the Authority).
3. Members should also be mindful of the requirement for a quorum of members, which is difficult to maintain if membership of the Remuneration Sub Committee is very small.
