Summary
The report seeks the Committee’s agreement to changing the date of the Planning, Performance and Review Committee currently scheduled for 2.00 pm, 15 January 2007.
A. Recommendation
That the Corporate Governance Committee timetabled for 2.00 pm, 15 January 2007 be rescheduled.
B. Supporting information
1. The Chair of the Planning, Performance and Review Committee is unavailable on the 15 January. It is therefore proposed, subject to member’s agreement, to change the date of the meeting.
2. Committee members have been canvassed for a new committee date, which can be confirmed on 14 September 2006.
