The MPA Stop and Search Scrutiny Report, published on 20 May 2004, contained far reaching recommendations about the use of stop and search by Metropolitan Police Service.

One of the areas examined by the scrutiny was stop and search under the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2000.

Lynne Featherstone, vice chair of the Stop and Search Scrutiny Panel and Abdal Ullah, MPA link member for Tower Hamlets are available for interview.
