2. To receive any declarations of interests from members of the Committee.
   In accordance with the MPA Code of Conduct, Members must declare any personal interests they have in any item on the agenda or as they arise during the course of the meeting.     This report seeks MPA approval to exercise the contractual option to extend the existing energy supply contracts for a period of 2 years in order to optimise existing market conditions to deliver best value for money to the MPS

17. Procurement of future Radio Services contract
    A restricted competitive tender under OJEU procedures has taken place to procure a managed service to support the Future Radio Services. The report seeks approval to award the contract.
18. Forensic Medical Examiner Contract with British Transport Police
    This report seeks support from the MPA for an MPS/BTP collaboration in the provision of Forensic Medical Examiner Services to the British Transport Police
