Items to be considered while the press and public are present

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. To receive any declarations of interest from members of the Authority.
    If a member declares a personal interest, as defined in the MPA’s code of conduct, she or he may remain in the meeting and speak and vote on the issue. If the issue is a prejudicial one, the member must withdraw from the meeting during discussion of that item.

    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining items of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 14 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
