- To discuss and identify the priorities for the Board for the coming year. This will be done with reference to the corporate strategy and the Mayor's equality budget. It is suggested that this discussion be held at the conclusion of the formal business of the meeting so that a less formal discussion can be held. To assist members the following are attached:· terms of reference of the Board ;· relevant extracts from the Mayoral Manifesto priorities ;and· Priorities submitted to the May EODB -
Members are reminded that if they have a financial interest in any matter being discussed at the meeting they should declare the interest and not take part in any discussion or vote on it.
