As the reports have been circulated with less than three clear working days notice, the Committee will need to agree to accept the reports as urgent under the provisions of Section 100B 4(b) of the Local Government Act 1972. The reason for urgency must be made clear at the meeting and specified in the minutes.
- Exclusion of press and public
To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.
