  1. Issues raised by Staff Associations and Trade Unions (oral report)
    This will be the regular oral update, given at every meeting, of issues raised by the staff associations, staff support associations and trade unions in their meetings with the Chair of the Authority.
  2. Section 26 – overseas travel
  3. Exclusion of press and public
    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining item of business because exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 is likely to be made known.

Please note that members of the press and public must leave the meeting at this point.

  1. Redeployment Plan and Strategy
    This report shall examine current redeployment policy and arrangements for the MPS is managed, and how equalities and SIPs are factored in.
  2. Transport Service Improvement Programme
    This report shall examine financial and personnel implications of the SIP; including redundancy numbers, costs and equality and diversity implications
