Summary

This report gives details, for information, of action taken by the Clerk under delegated authority on the grounds of urgency.

A. Recommendation

That the report be noted.

B. Supporting information

1. Standing Order 6.1 provides for the Clerk or Treasurer to take decisions under delegated authority and in consultation with the Chair of the Authority where a decision is required urgently. Decisions taken in this way have to be reported to the next meeting of the Authority for information.

2. The following action has been taken:

  • Appointment of Damian Hockney to the membership of the Community Engagement Committee (14/04)
  • Appointment of members of the Professional Standards Committee to the Senior Officers Conduct Sub-Committee for the meetings on 9 September and 7 October (15/04)
