Part 1 - annual meeting

  2. To receive any declarations of interests from members of the Authority
  3. Committee Appointments and members attendance
    1. Note the members attendance record for 2010/11
    2. Appointments to the Authority:
      • Chairmen and Vice Chairman to Committees
      • Membership of MPA committees
      • External bodies on which the MPA are represented and other internal fora

Following completion of the annual meeting an ordinary meeting of the Authority will commence.

Items to be considered while the press and public are present

  1. Minutes of the meeting of the Authority held on 27 May 2010
  2. Chairman's update (oral report)
    An update from the Chairman on any key issues or events since the last Authority meeting
  3. Commissioner’s report
    The Commissioner will report on policing performance and other issues and will respond to questions from Authority members
  4. Report of the Civil Liberties Panel: Protecting the innocent: the London experience of DNA and the national DNA database
  5. Proposals arising from the review of safer neighbourhood
  6. Reports from Committees
  7. Any other urgent business
    This item affords the opportunity to raise issues that are urgent. The grounds for urgency must be stated.
