    To resolve that the press and public be asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining items of business because exempt information as defined in Schedule 12a to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended is likely to be made known.

    Members are asked to note a report that details risks related to the Olympics and organisational efforts to mitigate these.
  5. Business case: Operational Logistics Infrastructure (Torch)
    The Olympic and Paralympic Torch relays are an integral part of the Olympics and one of the first major events that herald the start of the Games. The Torch, as a security operation, is a national function performed by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) being delivered within the Demand and Resource Project.
