Summary
The District Auditor has submitted the annual audit letter for 2001/02. It is submitted to the Audit Panel for comment.
A. Recommendations
- Members are asked to consider the audit letter prior to its circulation to all members of the Authority.
B. Supporting information
1. The District Auditor has submitted the annual management letter for 2001/02 and it is attached as appendix 1.
2. The District Auditor will be in attendance at the meeting.
C. Equality and diversity implications
This year’s audit included specific consideration of the steps taken to address the legislative requirements of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000.
