Summary
The report seeks the Committee’s agreement to changing the date of the Corporate Governance Committee scheduled for 2.00 pm, 9 January 2007 to 10.00 am, 15 December 2006.
A. Recommendation
That the Corporate Governance Committee timetabled for 2.00 pm, 9 January 2007 be rescheduled to 10.00 am 15 December 2006.
B. Supporting information
Audit letters are issued nationally to all Police Authorities by the 31 December. Therefore, Corporate Governance Committee will need to consider the District Auditor’s letter before this date. It is therefore proposed, subject to member’s agreement, to change the date of the Committee as outlined above.
