Summary

This report presents the annual report of the Authority's committees for 2006/07.

The committee annual reports are circulated as a separate document with this agenda.

A. Recommendation

That the committee annual reports be noted.

B. Supporting information

1. Each year the Authority's committees produce annual reports which gives the committees and members the opportunity to look back over their activities during the year and to demonstrate how they have taken forward the work of the MPA. They also provide a general indication of members' performance through their work on those committees.

2. The committee annual reports are circulated with this agenda as a separate document, with the exception of the Standards Committee, which reports to the Authority after every meeting rather than at year-end.
